All permissions are for one-time, non-exclusive use. Images are not to be cropped, over-printed, or otherwise altered unless color proofs and layouts are submitted to and approved by the artist's estate prior to publication. No other related publications (advertisement, online reproduction, subsequent editions, etc.) may be produced without specific permission from the Andrew Wyeth office.

Mr. Wyeth's images are not licensed for commercial products such as calendars, t-shirts, posters, book jackets, music packaging, et al. Unauthorized uses of copyrighted images are subject to prosecution.
